If you haven’t heard it yet, the story goes like this…
Dawn met Armando a couple years ago when Armando’s band, The Oats, played in Canada.
And that’s when Armando fell in love with Dawn.
Every time Dawn came to visit Mexico City, they would write a new song.
Now Dawn and Armando are married.
And now Dawn and Armando have formed The Tallest Tree
The band’s first single was the witty and straightforward Boat with its jangly guitars and blatant lyrics. Think summer days, eyes squinting from sunlight to a soundtrack of fuzzy indie rock.
The catchy melodies and melding harmonies continue in I’ll be Your, perhaps not as light-hearted as the first taste of the band, but even more enchanting.
